Temple Adath Isael
Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania
TSD worked working with Wohlsen Construction to renovate the courtyard of a historic synagogue. The project consists of carefully demolishing the existing interior courtyard, protecting a historical retaining wall structure, installing a new storm sewer drainage system, importing and grading topsoil within confined spaces, importing and installing a custom granite seat wall, retaining wall, and curb, installing Hanover pavers, concrete flatwork, landscaping, and irrigation system. During the course of construction, there were various unknown subsurface obstacles encountered that TSD was able to quickly and efficiently resolve
5 Bragg Hill Road
Pocopson Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania
This was a 1.5 acre lot site improvement project that is unique due to its existing contours and proximity to wetlands. TSD will be mass excavating, installing three seepage beds, six rain gardens, a complex storm sewer system, a septic system, dry utilities, and paving.

This is phase II of IV 20 acre Christian Center with school and several out buildings. Construction of DelDot Road with Culvert. This project includes services of: Grading, drainage, sewer and water.
Kirks Run Sanitary Sewer Encasement & Stream Bank Rehabilitation Project
Radnor Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania
TSD worked with Radnor Twp. in conjunction with Land & Stream Improvements, LLC to
stabilize the heavily eroded stream bank and shifted Kirks Run Creek to its original origin
by using Bank Keys, Longitudinal Fill Stone Toe Protection Live Stakes, etc. TSD Also encased
an exposed sanitary sewer main in concrete. Since it was a live stream with migratory fish,
we implemented an unique temporary stream diversion method while work was being completed.
Amazon Delivery Center
Towamencin Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania
TSD is working with ARA Construction to update the infrastructure of an existing industrial park for Amazon's new delivery center located in Harleysville. TSD will be installing three StormTech Chamber Detention Basins, installing a new storm sewer system, installing a meter pit and water main, and repaving the entire lot. During the course of construction, TSD designed and installed a concrete deadman shoring system to protect a concrete foundation due to the close proximity to one of the beds.

Archmere Academy
Claymont, New Castle County, Delaware
This project is a site renovation to an existing private school. The project consists of three new athletic fields including a synthetic turf field, demolition, earthwork, drainage improvements, new building and building additions with utilities, extensive hardscaping, curb, paving, walks, landscaping, and fencing. Currently we are working on improving the existing drain pipes at the Patio building.
Milford Road Extension
Milford, Kent County, Delaware
This project is a Delaware DOT road extension. The work consists of earthwork, stone & paving, storm sewer, concrete barriers, curb, paving, guardrail and fencing. It is the second phase of the project. The first phase included replacing a dual span culvert, creek diversions, and extensive erosion and sediment control measures.
