Total Site Development Inc. was conceived in 1994 when Michael Tyson, present owner, and two of the area’s prominent developers/builders joined together to establish Total Site Development. Their main objective was to create a company that would ensure that each project be a success for everyone involved.  A joint effort between a land developer, a site improvement contractor and a builder was a dream come true for all three owners.  Total Site Development Inc. grew beyond everyone’s expectations.  In 2000, Michael Tyson bought sole ownership of the company and continues to operate as a site improvement contractor, with the advantage of having a unique insight into the needs of the developer and builder.  This insight enables Total Site Development Inc. to help as part of the team to bring projects to a successful completion within budget and on time.
