Highpointe at Shanahan in West Chester, Chester County, Pennsylvania

Highpointe at Shanahan is a 58 townhome community located in the borough of West Chester. The project consists of demolition and recycling of existing structures, clearing, soil stabilization, sanitary main extension, water main extension, storm sewer, underground storm water system, fencing, retaining walls, new public walkways, curb and paving.

Archmere Academy in Claymont, New Castle County, Delaware

This project is a site renovation to an existing private school. The project consists of three new athletic fields including a synthetic turf field, demolition, earthwork, drainage improvements, new building and building additions with utilities, extensive hardscaping, curb, paving, walks, landscaping, and fencing. Currently we are working on improving the existing drain pipes at the Patio building.

Cheyney Road Improvements in Concord Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

This project is the site to three new custom built homes. Our work includes bulk earthwork, storm sewer, excavation and backfill, driveways, landscaping and Pennsylvania DOT improvements.

Hildeburn Mews Townhomes in West Chester Borough, Chester County, Pennsylvania.

This project is a 12 unit townhome project that includes a water main extension for the developer and for Aqua American. In addition, we were contracted for the earthwork, townhome excavation and backfill, storm sewer including two underground systems, sanitary services, curb, concrete walks, hardscaping, paving & landscaping.

Keystone Community Alliance in West Goshen Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.

This project consist of two new medical office buildings, approximately 2,000 square foot segmental block retaining wall, storm, sanitary and water service, curb & paving.

Milford Road Extension in Milford, Kent County, Delaware

This project is a Delaware DOT road extension. The work consists of earthwork, stone & paving, storm sewer, concrete barriers, curb, paving, guardrail and fencing. It is the second phase of the project. The first phase included replacing a dual span culvert, creek diversions, and extensive erosion and sediment control measures.

Trexler Park in the city of Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania

This is an addition on an existing apartment complex which includes nine new apartment buildings and a clubhouse. Site work includes tree clearing, excavation, and installation of public water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer with retention basin, paving and curb.
