We are a veteran-owned, mid-sized site improvement contractor capable of handling projects up to $5 million. From our West Chester, Pennsylvania and Milford, Delaware locations we can service south eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, northern Maryland and southern New Jersey. Total Site Development, Inc. has played a vital role in our region's growth. Our involvement often begins long before ground breaking. We provide such services as value engineering, lines and grades, earth balance, construction means and methods with unusual limitations, planning and budgets, surveying, clearing, demolition, erosion and sediment control, earthwork, stormwater management, sanitary sewer, water service, curbing and sidewalk, paving, landscaping, site lighting, fencing, bridge and culvert construction.
